Come to the nationwide simultaneous screening of Naomi Klein’s thought-provoking film ‘This Changes Everything’ on November 14 and afterwards in select theatres nationwide.

“It is no the CO2 that is the problem, it’s capitalism.” – this is the message from Naomi Klein’s film ‘This Changes Everything’, based on the bestselling book of the same name.

The climate crisis is not just our time’s greatest and most urgent challenge. It is also the greatest opportunity we have ever had to change the world. The idea behind Naomi Klein’s new international bestseller is not just really good, it is also the first of many. And it is supported by a world tor along the climate change front line – from western Canada over southern India to eastern China. ’No  Logo’-author Naomi Klein is the main voice in the action-oriented modern activism and shows evidence not only that the time has come for change – she also demonstrates how. A film that everybody should see.

Saturday, November 14 at 16:30 the film will be shown in over 30 cinemas across the country. It will be shown in collaboration with Politician, the Alternative movement and the association of climate organisations Climate Action Denmark. After the film there will be an interactive debate between the world famous American writer Naomi Klein, the film director Avi Lewis and Uffe Elbæk. Members f the audience can participate and ask questions via SMS and Twitter.

Naomi Klein will also give a news conference Saturday 14 at 15:00 at Grand Teater. Write to Asbjørn Sigsgaard at asbjorn@cphdox.dk to register for the press conference.

About the film
This Changes Everything’ is inspired by the famous journalist and activist Naomi Klein’s book on climate change of the same name. ’This Changes Everything’ paints such a realistic and frightening picture of perhaps the greatest challenge we face as humans. But Klein and director Avi Lewis do not want to scare us. On the contrary, the film is a call, a call to action that will active and create a popular movement for change. Klein’s thesis is as simple as it is upbeat and provocative: what is climate crisis is not only our times greatest challenge is the best opportunity we ever get to make the world a better place?

The simultaneous screening will take place in collaboration with Politiken, the Alternative movement and the association of climate organisations Climate Action Denmark.
