CPH:DOX will feature oligarchs, anti-cult crusades and extremism when this year’s nominees for the investigative journalism award F:ACT take over the big screen.

F:ACT Award is the festival prize for investigative documentary journalism. Each year CPH:DOX dedicates a prize to films that lie in the area between documentary and investigative journalism. This year 10 films are nominated – both Danish and international.

The festival awards this prize for the third consecutive year, kindly sponsored by the Danish Union of Journalists and Film & TVgruppen. The jury consists of renowned national and international members who have experience in investigative journalism and / or documentary. The winner will receive 38,000 kr. Last year the award went to “E-Team” by Katy Chevigny and Ross Kaufman, a film about the work of Human Rights Watch in war zones all over the world.
